Michaelle Bosse graduated in 2007 in Product Design. She post-graduated in 2011 in Production Engineering, and in 2013 got her Master`s degree in Design for Human Factors. She conducted her doctoral research focus on the topics of Mindful Design and design education at the Institute of Industrial Design Engineering at the Technical University of Dresden (TU Dresden).

Her research career started on relevant topics as PSS (Product Service System), sustainability, design tools and life cycle analysis. During her masters worked on the project Usability Reviews for Virtual Models of Digital Human. Finally, on her PhD, she worked as a visiting researcher at an EU Project called MinD – designing for people with dementia from 2016 until 2019.

As a designer, she has experience as furniture and graphic designer. Since 2019 she has been working on UX design activities as user research and market behaviour analysis.

Currently, she is working on a project called ELISE: Relieving the care-infrastructure through IT-based integration of spontaneous civic engagement as a research assistant at the Institute for Information Systems and Operations Research at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg.
